呢期愛上整cake, 因為將屋企個焗爐搬咗位家陣焗嘢超方便唔駛將個焗爐搬嚟搬去...不過自己喺屋企整都祗係會整清蛋糕曲奇之類...太繁複嘅都係太花巧嘅都係出去整開會心啲!! (除咗因為我技術有限之外....主要係....因為唔想洗咁多嘢嘛!!)
呢個係工聯會course嚟架...一排冇整成個蛋糕喇.....其實mousse cake真係唔係我杯茶....不過報名嗰陣佢淨係話"萬聖節蛋糕"...我又真係好無聊地想八吓萬聖節蛋糕即係乜東東..HAHA...確係幾低B! 當然...我相信乜cake都好..一定有人幫我包底啃哂佢唔會嘥嘢嘅!!
其實乜蛋糕都係網名嚟...都係一舊清蛋糕再加mousse...學整蛋糕我始終都係buy工聯會多啲...起碼真材實料...實而不華...家陣好多團購都祗係教整色整水...忽略基本功!!

今次老師重教埋我哋整古古力鬼仔同搓糖皮....
攪咗參唔多3粒鐘...終於完成喇.....
見鬼仔有多...撻多隻先...haha!
