繼上完一輪西餐班之後....我哋幾條茂利再接再厲.....不過今次唔玩西餐喇....學人"搓my breads...." 係breads呀...唔好讀錯!
呢堂係第一堂呀....今次係整兩款包包呀...法包同全麥方包.......
師傅首先就示範吓點整法包啦...一嚟就要搓吓粉先.....
師傅係咁搓呀搓....撻呀撻.....
要整到起舊粉有彈性....好似呢個咁....可以攤到舊粉好薄先得架.....
示範完就輪到我哋自己整喇...都係4-5人一組...分組整啦.....
就係咁搓吓搓吓......撻吓舊粉.....
得喇...yeah........
之後就mark番個number....我哋係第二組呀....將舊粉擺埋一邊發吓酵先啦....
之後就要搓埋舊麥包.......
都係好似頭先咁又搓又撻....不過.....硬係攪極都唔多似樣.....
師傅話加咗啲麥粉會好難搓...所以最後都係拎舊粉團去部機到攪吓先....
終於得咗喇.......
師傅就用佢之前搓好嗰啲粉團....示範吓點整包嘅造型....
師傅今次整全麥方包呀......
再教吓我哋點整法包......
師傅教完就到我哋自己整喇...首先要將舊粉團切到開一舊舊....
再啲小粉團搓成法包咁......
之後師傅再要嚟個包中間界幾刀....再唧啲猪油喺條痕度...再拎去焗...
之後再整埋啲麥包先...都係將舊粉切成開幾份先.....
再搓到佢好似波波咁....波兒波兒波兒....
今次整吓其他花款先....師傅真係好有心機逐group教....組組都唔同花款架....呢堆就係我哋嗰組整架喇......
你睇...我哋啲包....已經發到好似猪頭咁...不過呢.....呢個樣呢同色水呢....其實呢...好似呢.....嗰啲呢......消化不良.....嗰啲....嗯.....諗到有啲唔開胃添

好...師傅示範嗰啲法包焗好喇....佢重好好心機咗切開....再搵啲牛油揸喺啲麵包度.....睇到已經好想食喇...............

新鮮出爐真係超熱呀....要攤一排先切得呀...我哋就等派米...係派包先啱!

後記:其實搓麵包都幾好玩....不過由6:30玩到10點真係好激吓....食飽飯番到屋企又12點幾確係好攰吓! 係呀...唔知典解呢堂有兩個師傅教...不過...兩個師傅嘅性格真係好唔同....一個超好...一個超爛...十問九唔應....一應就串串貢...唔知想典....希望下堂佢唔好咁嘈啦...so bad!!
