話明係餡餅...除咗整啲餡之外...重要學埋亞茂整餅....

師傅搓好舊粉之後就輪到我哋表演喇......

我哋就係要將啲粉團分開幾舊.....之後再碌到一塊塊.......

原來要碌得圓圓哋都唔易架.....呢塊嘢...我已經盡咗人屎架喇!![]()

之後就要拎塊嘢去煎喇.....

煎好就可以隊啲肉碎餡落個餅度...都幾靚仔吖....之但係....師傅實在太重手喇....真係超勁辣(最攪嘢係師傅重死撐話...麥西哥係辣啲架!!
)....不過味道其實係幾好架!

第二味菜就溫和好多...都係煎吓三文魚啫.....話時話...次次啲料都真係大大件架....好鬼有承意...你睇....啲魚又幾鬼靚....師傅話呢啲魚可以用嚟做刺身添呀....叫我哋唔駛煎熟哂....唔係就會太"鞋"架喇......![]()

啲魚樸少少粉就可以拎去煎喇......

師傅又要準備定個汁嚟點魚食....呢兜就係大名鼎鼎嘅魚水....其實呢兜嘢嘅出鏡率都好高吓架....十堂有七堂都用佢....可以用嚟煲湯或者煮汁...................

落吓香草..cream..etc之後...就攪成咁喇.....師傅次次整啲汁都好鬼好味...平時又真係未必食到呀...........

攪掂就上碟喇.....一人一舊....yummy yummy!
