終於到咗星期六...又係玩煮飯仔嘅日子.....今日啲菜色好健康吓....好多菜....啲相唔係綠色就係白色...好攪嘢!![]()
先嚟一個椰菜花莧菜湯....

原來啲莧菜同椰菜花要分開煲架...你睇落去就知典解要分開煲架喇! 首先要炒吓啲洋蔥...之後再加上湯同莧菜.....要煲熟啲菜....

椰菜花嘅處理方法同莧菜一樣....要煲"淋"啲椰菜花....

煲完就將啲莧菜湯同椰菜花湯分別用攪拌機攪攪佢.....

呢個就係攪好嘅莧菜湯喇....

啲椰菜湯攪攪吓好奶白色呀........

好咪好似奶呢....煲番熱啲湯再加啲鹽...椰菜花湯就要再加啲忌廉....

攪掂....之唔係太極鴛鴦羹啲friend囉
...不過呢....唔知典解啲莧菜湯太杰....啲椰菜花湯又太稀...攪到有啲樣衰....之但係啲味道都ok架!

其實今次除咗煲湯重真係玩煮飯仔呀....芫茜煲雞飯....好鬼多芫茜呀....實不相瞞...
"芫茜"呢家嘢係亞祖至憎嘅食物之一...我淨係可以接受到皮蛋芫茜湯架咋! 師傅一嚟就將呢堆芫茜攪到爛哂.....嗯....恐怕成煲飯都好"芫茜"囉!![]()

嘩...好勁芫茜味...好嚇人呀....

煲雞飯當然係唔少得雞啦....醃醃佢先啦.....

量啲米煮飯...要磅磅佢幾準成.............

之後就要煲飯喇......不過唔係用電飯煲....好似煲仔飯咁...

加埋啲雞同芫茜一齊煲.....

煲好喇...又估唔到啲芫茜味又唔勁喎....重幾香添....真係幾好食....揀直愛上佢
...好味!因為呢個飯...我對"芫茜"開始改觀喇!

我正諗緊 呢個 weekend 想玩吓呢個飯 .. .. .. 我 ~ 實在太鍾意啦!
