都係癈話少講....今次都係寫食同食架啦...haha....繼酸到嘔嘅青檸雪葩之後...今次再接再厲....重起個雙飛...試整西瓜同荔枝雪葩!!

其實整雪葩絕對容易過雪糕...不過...若然用新鮮生果整就有好多事前工夫要準備喇...西瓜起肉去核吖唔該.......

呢個雪葩冇用雪糕機整...亦冇加糖水(個西瓜本身都算幾甜)...淨係將啲西瓜肉用攪伴機打爛再雪...好天然吓!

跟住到荔枝喇....剝殼去核吖唔該....不過小青蛙教落剝殼之前浸吓冰鹽水啲荔枝會冇咁熱氣...攪掂就加少少糖水再打爛佢....最後用雪糕機攪到變成雪葩...

今日試咗味....原來真係要加少少糖先得...唔夠甜真係冇咁好食...西瓜冇用雪糕機整所以質感冇咁似雪葩...似沙冰多啲...當然唔會難食嘅!!都ok....荔枝確係又香又甜又夠滑...好味!!very nice!!!
