時光飛逝...冇見一排又去到課程嘅尾聲喇....重有3堂就完喇! 難得趕得切完成一個檔口...不過呢...其實我係將兩個檔口合二為一架...何解?!因為...整兩個檔口好似有啲夾硬囉...有啲食物老師整完我都想像唔到係乜東東嚟!點整呢?! 所以...最後將個煨魷魚檔同肉乾檔合併囉(懶就懶啦...多多藷口

既然有炭...咁梗係要玩吓燒炭架啦!

肉乾檔梗係要有牛肉乾同豬肉乾啦....

不過又唔知典解會走碟魷魚鬚出嚟?!是但啦...多元化嘛!

重有土魷同風琴魷魚....

重要整埋串燒....要醃吓啲牛肉,雞肉同雞翼先....

燒吓啲肉乾同魷魚先啦....其實老師有燒魷魚夾賣架...不過...數量有限...我...又爭輸咗喇...唯有買個鐵絲網頂住啦....

重有串燒牛肉, 雞肉...重有菠蘿同青椒....清清哋....

呢架車仔...攪咗我3粒鐘呀...雖則啲木版好薄吓...不過....對於平時揸雞都冇力嘅亞祖而言....要cut開啲木板搭架車仔出嚟真係有啲難度!

yeah...終於都可以開檔....

要比啲醬汁比客人...有沙爹汁同唔知乜汁....
